Tropical Fizzle
Ingredients:
- 50ml Pineapple puree
- 30ml Mixed fruit nectar
- 2 pcs Lime wedges
- 2 pcs Lemon wedges
- ½ Lemongrass stalk
- 5-6 pcs Mint leaves
- 1 scoop of ice cubes
- 160ml Freshly brew black tea
Method:
- In a tumbler, add mint leaves and lightly muddle
- Squeezed the lime wedges and lemon wedges into the tumbler
- Add Pineapple puree and mixed fruit nectar
- Add ice cubes, fill with freshly brew black tea and stir well
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint leaves. Ready to serve
