Tropical Fizzle

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Pineapple puree
  • 30ml Mixed fruit nectar
  • 2 pcs Lime wedges
  • 2 pcs Lemon wedges
  • ½ Lemongrass stalk
  • 5-6 pcs Mint leaves
  • 1 scoop of ice cubes
  • 160ml Freshly brew black tea
Method:
  1. In a tumbler, add mint leaves and lightly muddle
  2. Squeezed the lime wedges and lemon wedges into the tumbler
  3. Add Pineapple puree and mixed fruit nectar
  4. Add ice cubes, fill with freshly brew black tea and stir well
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint leaves. Ready to serve
