Salty Red Sourplum Sparkling
Ingredients:
- 2pcs Lemon wedge
- 1/2 stalk Lemongrass sticks
- 50ml Red Sourplum Nectar
- 10ml Yogurt Nectar
- 1-2pcs Sourplum fruit
- 160ml Soda
- Ice cubes
Method:
1. In a mixing glass, add Red Sourplum Nectar & yogurt nectar
2. Squeezed Lemon wedges and add sour plum fruit into the glass
3. Bash the lemongrass stalk until lightly bruised and tear it
4. Add soda water, ice cubes and stir well
6. Fill up with soda water
7. Garnish with Lemon wedge, mint leaves and sourplum
