Mango Calpis Sparkling

Ingredients
  • 8-10 pcs Mint leave
  • 2 pcs Lime wedge
  • 2 pcs Lemon Wedge
  • 50ml Mango Nectar
  • 20ml Mango puree
  • 10ml Yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of ice cubes
  • 160ml Soda Water
Method

1. In a tumbler, add mint leaves and lightly muddle

2. Squeezed the lime wedges and lemon wedges into the tumbler

3. Add Mango nectar, mango puree, and Yoghurt

4. Add ice cubes, fill with soda water and stir well

5. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves. Ready to serve
