Lychee Pandan Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Pandan leaf (10cm x 2)
- 1 knob fresh ginger
- 2 pcs Lemon wheel
- 2 pcs Lime wheel
- 8-10 pcs Mint leaves
- 2 nos Lychee fruit in Syrup
- 20ml Lychee juice
- 20ml Lychee syrup
- 10ml Lemon-lime syrup
- 1 scoop of ice cubes
- 160ml Freshly brewed black tea
Method:
- Strain the can of lychee fruit, reserving the syrup.
- Grab 2 pcs of pandan leaf and tie it into a knot.
- In a glass, add the ginger, lemon wheel, lime wheel and pandan knot into the mug and lightly crush.
- Add in Lychee syrup, Lemon-lime syrup, lychee fruits and juice
- Add ice cubes to the glass, pour freshly brewed black tea and stir well
- Garnish with lychee fruit, lemon wheel and mint leaves. Ready to serve
