Lychee Pandan Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs Pandan leaf (10cm x 2)
  • 1 knob fresh ginger
  • 2 pcs Lemon wheel
  • 2 pcs Lime wheel
  • 8-10 pcs Mint leaves
  • 2 nos Lychee fruit in Syrup
  • 20ml Lychee juice
  • 20ml Lychee syrup
  • 10ml Lemon-lime syrup
  • 1 scoop of ice cubes
  • 160ml Freshly brewed black tea

Method:

  1. Strain the can of lychee fruit, reserving the syrup.
  2. Grab 2 pcs of pandan leaf and tie it into a knot.
  3. In a glass, add the ginger, lemon wheel, lime wheel and pandan knot into the mug and lightly crush.
  4. Add in Lychee syrup, Lemon-lime syrup, lychee fruits and juice
  5. Add ice cubes to the glass, pour freshly brewed black tea and stir well
  6. Garnish with lychee fruit, lemon wheel and mint leaves. Ready to serve
