Champagne Grape Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 pcs mint leave
  • 3 pcs lemon wedge
  • 1/2 stalk lemongrass stick
  • 50ml Grape nectar
  • 10ml Soda water
  • 1 scoop of ice cubes
  • 150ml Lotus tea

 

Method:

1. In a tumbler, add mint leaves and lightly muddle

2. Squeezed Lemon wedges into the tumbler

3. Bash the lemongrass stalk until lightly bruised and tear it

4. Add-in Grape Nectar

5. Add soda water, lemongrass (peeled), and stir

6. Add ice cubes and fill with Lotus tea

7. Garnish with Lemon wedge, Lemongrass stalk, and mint leaves
