Chef Nam Q Nguyen was recently invited as a guest chef for an East-meets-West wine dinner on 3 November 2018 at the American Club in Singapore. The Indochine menu was specially curated to pair with wines by Jean-Michel Garcion of Demour Wines Bordeaux. It was a fun-filled exploratory evening where the NamNam culinary team worked towards having a harmonious balance between the taste and flavours of Asian ingredients and French wine.
