How do we ensure the food that we serve in NamNam are of good quality, delicious and adhere to food safety standards? On a weekly basis, the team at NamNam gathers to do food tastings and audit checks on the food we serve. This is one of the best preventive measures we take and it is an essential function in our daily operation. Aside from standard hygiene requirements mandated by NEA (National Environment Agency), we set stringent NamNam standards. Regular food safety and quality checks help to ensure our customers against food borne illnesses and have our team members to undertake immediate corrective actions.
