A year ago, we started our process to rethink on sustainability for our product packaging. We have made pledges to go plastic free or to use 100% sustainable packaging in our NamNam outlets in Singapore. The entire transitioning process to be green is complex but we want to take this challenge as it is our responsibility.
Today, we have changed all our packaging used in the outlets, from our takeaway packaging to our sauce bottles that we place on the tables. We have minimized the use of plastics to replace with materials that are recyclable or compostable. Our sauce bottles have changed from plastic to glass. This is a good start for us as we work towards zeo plastic use for the whole group.
