Recently, we are celebrating some of our wonderful team members of the Long Service Award 5 years of service. We always believe that the best people don’t need to be managed. Guided, taught, led – yes. But not tightly managed. Have you ever heard that sometimes, the “best management is no management at all?” Spending time and energy trying to “motivate” people is a waste of effort. The real question is not, “how do we motivate our people?” if you have the right people, they will self-motivated. The key is to not de-motivate them.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank our NamNam team for all the hard work and dedication the past year. As part of our appreciation, we recognise those who have consistently provide exceptional service to enhance our guests’ experience and those who have shown outstanding leadership at the workplace.
